They are far too good and there's no drawback AT ALL to building them (since you always have extra money and building them doesn't take you further away from goal).

Also, add another server - the CityBuilder server is far more popular than the old servers, might as well shut some of the ones that are never used down and make a CityBuilder #2.

As you are aware it is impossible to remove lumbermills from the game since they are classed as a primary industry, hence having the same status as a factory. Would love to remove these gamebreaking mills but sadly will have to wait and see if the developers add an option to enable/ disable sawmills on desert.

While the addition of a second CityBuilder server may be a good idea for us. It does represent several issues on server resources and the playerbase. Long story short, a second hosting server or a new more powerful hosting server will be required for us to run a second CityBuilder (even if we axed 2-3 of our current servers).

N-ice use to sport two desert CityBuilder servers which cut their player base for CityBuilder in half and finally killed the playerbase for it as less people wanted to play when there were only 5 companies actively playing. Now they have 1 desert CityBuilder which is still proving to be unpopular. So reluctant due to experiences known aswell.

Glad you enjoyed playing though! Alot of hard work has gone into it's development

What do you have against lumber mills. They're awesome. And you can remove them or alter with newgrf, which is also a reason, why openttd developers will not make a disable button :)

They are broken, easy as that. There is no reason to use Oil / Copper / Rubber when Lumber Mills are this overpowered. I enjoy a balanced game.
