So what if they're the same as original TTD? They are insanely overpowered for the price and since you lose NOTHING of your goal (as it's population-based), they are far too good for CityBuilder.

Would like to see banned lumber mills. The problem is that you can make as you'd like next to each other. The goods-challenge isn't really a challenge now, you just need some millions.

May I propose a 1 industry type per town/ city limit. That means it'll be more difficult to have many lumbermills in one place? This will also effect the placement of all industries, so less closely packed clusters may be observed, but that depends on town/ city placement upon generation of the seed.

Let me know if this change would be benefitical to those that actively play CityBuilder

P.S. This will prevent town destruction by funding banks/ water towers as only one of each can be built

That sounds like a good thing initially, but really need to see how the maps turn out in order to evaluate it properly.
