Why do you want to be a moderator, And why should we make you one?:
I feel that BTPro is a good place to spend time on and it has provided me with a place to chill out. Thus, I would like to repay the community and allow everyone to enjoy playing here, and maybe even become fans of OpenTTD, instead of just treating this like a game they just happened to chance on.
Additionally, there are quite few admins in my time zone, so I would like to help out during those times when few admins are around.

Normal first words are: IRC presence is the most important factor because it's where we manage and control the servers and any issues (even if potential). And ofc, 2 other reasons: you see how things work and we know you a bit better that can help us taking a decision

We always recommend a dedicated IRC client (HydraIRC, IceChat, mIRC or any other).
