A Player by the name 'IndoJuve' in Citybuilder #13 posts time of below 30Mins. Awesome Right?

Grow your town almost upto 500 pop. Reset your company as soon as a player joins, reclaim the same town and grow at breakneck speed. When confronted,claim everybody does it so it's good.

its cheating i think but something hard to get for the admins

When a player starts a company to "prepare" a town (roads, terrain or grow it) and resets after, making a new company claiming the same town it's a behavior that directly violates our rule #4 "Also cheating to advance yourself ahead of the competition unfairly will not be tolerated."

After looking at logs and chats, I could confirm that, lately, the mentioned players have done it. I totally discourage other players from doing the same because, as told above, will not be tolerated and lead to player(s) punishments, that can be harsher if players insist on repeating actions not allowed.

To keep the sanity of the shown results and times, and for being reached exploiting "the system" in a unfair way, the default initial punishment for confirmed cases (like this) is the loss of the 10 best times (of current year) and respective points. Will help too, among players, to don't do it: compensation doesn't worth a place on the ban's aim area

I really sorry if "that trick" was breaking the rules.
I learned that trick from some other player before. I watched them play and win without any warning so i didnt think that break the rule. So many player use that trick to be fastest player before.
I admit i occasioally i did that trick. But not all my game. Some fastest game that i win, i played it without reseting company. Sometimes i saw town with 400-ish pop so i start the game.

I didnt expect Mvictor did the same way like i did. 2 days ago he called me cheater when he saw i did reset company lol.
Since then i never used that trick again

My apologize to admin and other player who feel cheated by me. I accept the punishment.
