Hi team,
After the 10.1 update, Server 30 now spawns cities with much higher pops (highest is now 8208 when highest was usually ~2500).
Is this an intentional change?

Well, 1.10.* brought a bunch of changes. We'll investigate and do changes, if needed. Thanks for noticing and reporting

Nice change. Now the supply with mail is not an issue any more and we can focus on finding the most efficient way of growing our own cities.

The cities need a higher passenger spawn rate.
So the city size is back to normal, but in decreasing the population and physical size we also have decreased the passenger spawn.
I think it needs to go back to what it was when the cities were larger.

My opinion: passengers are generated slower in cities. It is reduced at least to 60% (maybe even 40%) of the number before update. My estimation is based on APHID CB servers #27 and #28. And the solution should not be related to size of the cities, which is now optimal, as we know it from the past.
