found what happened:

16 seconds later, a Player create a new company, yours is reset, to free a slot (explained further how it works)
[19:52:11] *** ttd-srv12 * ---> Player #2 (#1648/IP/NL) has joined the game
[19:52:11] *** ttd-srv12 * # Player #2 (#1648/IP/NL) has started company 15 ()
[19:52:11] *** ttd-srv12 * X sunistary Transport (2/Dark Blue) has been closed (Auto-cleaned, empty and no save flag)
Later you called an admin about it:

The autoclean plugin works this way:
By default companies aren't reset... unless a slot is needed, checking this question: is there any empty company (no player on it) and without !saveme activated?
(this was what happened in your case)
When there's empty companies and not saved, the autoclean plugins starts searching for a company to reset, freeing a slot, following this parameters, by order of importance: Empty, not saved and without vehicles: Empty, not saved and with lower Company Value;
The common factor is "Empty company - no player on it". Obviously, no companies are reset with players on it. Main idea is to make possible new players make company... since above conditions meet!
I always suggest never leave the company when server is populated or, even better, use the !saveme trigger (
