This server is great but i think the new industry funding is way too expansive.
I played on a town where there was no way i could found a new industry to accept coal or metal .
These mandatory buildings should be way less expansive.
You should be able to develop any town, not only the ones that has everything.
Althou production industries should be expansive, several billions for those i think is a little exagerated.

Thank you for your comment, but the thing is: The last couple of days the CB FIRS server was running with wrongly configured town demands. A town should NEVER require steel, cause it's not a primary thing a town would accept by itself.

We are currently reviewing and reconfiguring the FIRS CB Server, when we are done you will see it back online with decent demands and goals
