Hello Btpro operators,
I would like to call your attention to a problem which has seriously stressed me recently.
I was playing on Server 5 (1 BIL desert), won the game in 2018 but got NO POINTS because I was "not logged in". There was absolutely no warning on that, I was allowed to use this name in the game, nothing saying "this is a registered name". I would like to have my points and victory given to me for that game. I have both the savegame and the screenshot of the winning moment.
This issue is very stressing since I've spent a lot of time building my company and wanted to get a good score for it. And there really wasn't anything to warn me that my points wouldn't be registered. If you can, please solve this issue by keeping players logged in and add my points.
