I wanted to play on citybuilder but right when i am connecting to the server its says i have acces denied but i don't know why.

Is it all of our servers or just one? And if so, which one?

It is on all of servers.

Are you still not able to connect?
If you are banned, I wasn't the one who banned you and I don't know why you were.
But it could also be some network issue, what message exactly do you get when trying to connect?

Yes I am still not able to connect and it says "You are banned from this server"
