Hi i would like to request to be unbanned, but i don't know why i was banned. I was trying to get onto the servers and was automatically kicked, and then when i tried again says i was banned. i am using mobile internet i don't know if that has anything to do with it. Can i kindly get some support for this because it must be an error or mistake and i really love your servers so I'm asking for your help here. Thank you in advanced.

That means that your IP appear in the BL zone of rbl.efnetrbl.org or dnsbl.dronebl.org
This is an automatic proccess and there's nothing we can do.
You can talk with your ISP, asking why your IP is blacklisted and to start the necessary procedures for removing it from the BL list
