Final income: 17 mil annual..

Picked this town most to the right which had no land around it. So i had to get extreme income early on before i even picked the town, and build land to it for passenger service and goods. This delayed me by about 5 months behind everyone else.

Me and valmordus~ battled it out at the end. He was ahead 1k at the end (both were over 8k already) but somehow i managed to snag the win
