Hello, in a game right now there is a player building his towns roads in a shape of an swastika.

that's one of the exceptions where there's no harm on using that shape. it's actually a very efficient road layout

Yes. As of how the game is coded for Houses to appear alongside the roads, thats one of the better designs. It has nothing to do with Swastika though and is not the purpose of it

You can change your roads and see the effect of it. Try the "Swastika" layout.
