I’ve always been helping people, no matter what game I play. I teach noobs on LoL how to work together, I introduce people to servers and teach them the ropes on GTA-SA servers, and I help new players build their houses on minecraft servers, helping is kind of my thing.
Also, I’m a BIG fan of Open TTD, and online communities, so I’m quite excited to offer you guys any and all assistance I can.

1st of all, thank you for your application and I won't add much, because Frank said it all.
and by "all", the busy weeks (work, study or both) and how important we consider IRC channels presence. Details to connect are under Contact Us .

and you're right that we lacked on giving you that info, but was (and still is) our first reply:
That means we can proceed to next step: IRC presence is very important for admining matters too.
You can access our IRC channels in 2 ways:
1 - joining using browser client based (in Contact Us link, at top);
2 - use a dedicated IRC client (IRC server info it's on previous link too);

later, if you need help on set a dedicated IRC client, we can help you, but that's the start.
note: maybe some players applications are accepted on same day because they already been weeks (and even months) with regular IRC presence and being active there
