this is one of the hardest decisions I've taken and talked with sierra many times before make this reply.

sierra has the will, but as he said "a very very very bad internet connection", not being able to follow our servers and (sometimes) even IRC connection was unstable. Therefore sierra's not much there.

I'm almost sure sierra would be a good admin, if had a better connection to keep up among all our servers. Despite the problems sierra have with english (that's not my native language too), that could be fixed (I think) with time and practice ^^
