from myself, nothing to say about you ingame... about the english skills... you know they're necessary... so, I hope you worked that ^^

but since you have a good presence on IRC... we only need to see your actions ingame - talking to players, explaining stuff (rule breaks, whatever). You need to practice your chats... even using online translators or... other admins help (we're here for that too) and ofc, see how admins act in several situations: words used, actions taken, etc, etc.

i will work on all your points only i have this week a night shift on work and we have to do work for 8 people with only 5 people. so i will try to start this week only i think its better to start next week.

well, it's on you now, what we need to know is: can we count with you for admining?

Remember that personal life is first, as for all people around (admins or not). As you probably noticed, this application is still pending of a decision. And, as for all of us, all depends of your presence around (IRC and ingame). If for some reason you can't give some of your free time to us, we understand. Feel free and understand that what we don't want, for obvious reasons, is people saying "sign me up" and the next day disappears without explanation.

So, thank you for your words and as you can see, your "door" is not closed. We only need to know when you're ready to enter on it
