so many wrongs that hurt my eyes... but A+ for the effort to make it heart shaped

What for wrongs do you see? I have station signs turned off.
No spreading. No destruction of city parts. No full load...all rules complied

well, the canals (or simply flooded tiles), as it's not game made (it's player made) it's considered a public city blocking attempt.
And the not efficient diagonal roads (not a direct rule breaking). The Design 2 hurts even more because of it ^^

But, as I said, A+ for shape efforts
