TOPIC:

Several online servers uses Newgrf's , and there are lots of them . There's several ways of getting them: via BaNaNaS (Base graphics/sound And Newgrfs And Noais And Scenarios) or directly on the game, what I'll explain, because it's the simplest/fastest way:

1 - Open the Multiplayer server list;


2 - Servers without the needed files (or mismatch versions), will appear with a yellow dot;


3 - Select the desired server and click Find missing content online button;


4 - Download;



5 - Now the servers must appear with a Green dor;



You can see the newgrf's each server uses;



When appears a Red dot, means Client and Server have different versions.
