Hi there,
Sorry if this was already answered i couldnt find it.
I was playing on server K1 - extreme goal 15bil. Took me about 10h to get to about 40-50% of the goal (i was online all the time). I had password on my company and one big comptetitor (others left). I had to go to sleep so i closed client and went to bed. In the morning game was reseted and there was no record of me playing the game at all.
So, how does it work ? I preasume you dont expect someone to be 20h online to finish the game. Does the game have a deadline or something? or there is a maximum time that you can be offline?
Help me out here so i dont waste another 10h

ingame type !resetinfo (each server has different settings for this)
it can be the case that someone vote restarted the map ^^

Edit: note that to receive points when game ends, you need to be ingame and in your company

Since you have to be online and in your company, most players just leave openttd running in the background (with sound muted ).
That is also why some clients have a "keep me logged in" functionality (not sure about the btpro client) which reconnects you in case you get randomly disconnected while AFK.
