any tips to share? I've been getting some good times lately on the other servers, but a sub-hour FIRS 14k CB looks absolutely insane, well done!
I saw your company value was fairly low, do you try to go for a city that has most things you need so you don't need to fund?

You need to find town with everything close by (and high production from primary industries) for connecting fast - this might be the hardest part. You need also one money line - for me it's the building materials. However it can't be too long because you need to deliver BM in first few minutes for sub 1h. Then you need to fund regulary (fund town buildings - you need citymania client for that to be efficient) as soon as possible, I also powerfund (also citymania client option) after I do last demand. If you mean funding industries - I usually fund only one - dairy near stockyard (or opposite), or grain mill near sugar factory (or opposite), depends on what I'm making food from.
