TOPIC:

Server #97 was started to try a new attempt of making a challenging server, similar as K3 (Ultra Hard server).
Until now the changes are:
* Initial town size lowered;
* Initial loan: 200K GBP;
* Less water;
* Added Basecosts newgrf with the current changes (multipliers):
- Build track: 2x
- Plant tree: 4x
- Raise/Lower land: 16x
- Clear land: 2x
- Clear water: 8x
- Remove house: 32x
- Steam/Diesel running costs: 4x
- Electric eng. running costs: 8x
- Funding industries: 16x
- Bund Raw industries: 8x
- Rail (and stations) maintenance: 4x

Remember that the idea is make it "Ultra Hard" but not impossible

At least building roads is still the same

yes, but it doesn't really matter since the property maintenance almost always renders any income useless.
