but let me warn you it is pretty hard to manage a minecraft server (plugins get messy really fast)

i wouldnt say they are that hard to do once you get the hang of it. I would help you but I am managing my own server and 2 others so I dont really have time to setup another one and teach you or any other admin how to do things on it.
