Hi; i'm playing on server 28 desert aphid citybuilder, bu ti don't now how to see what i need for my town. at 2800 pop and it says, open goal gui to see what the requirements are

if i enter !ts 0 in chat, it says no town claimed.

You acces the goal UI via the flag icon in the top bar, circled in this screenshot:

I don't know why the ts command didn't work for you.
