"RV's only" servers have 1 problem... a major problem: roads. That means that can be easily exploited and abused... because roads (and road bridges) don't disappear when a company is reseted. It's the Achilles' heel of road things.
There's so many scenarios that can come from it (some bad ones = headaches) that's not good idea go that way. Mostly because how OpenTTD handle roads ownership.
The idea it's not new, still a good one, but needs some advances how road property is managed in the game, in my opinion.
