The problem is that it only seems to be you who has this problem malbec... could you please check if you go to the BTPro website if it’s https and if the certificate gets accepted on your PC?

Furthermore: are you using any VPN services like NordVPN or other anonymisers?

At this moment I have no idea what the problem is, but it seems to be a local issue on your pc unfortunately...

and https connection is secure

I see it correctly on citybuilder servers (have not tried the others).
Have you filled in your credentials in the main menu?

Sorry for the captain obvious question, but you do know 100% sure that you are using the BTPro client and not the vanilla one right? You downloaded the client from our website and got it working? Plus you do see all BTPro servers when you launch the client?

What could help is to remove your username and password from the BTPro client, close the client, restart the client and re-fill your credentials again...
