Hi i install the new client normaly but when i open the game it say "Cannot open file 'newgrf/innerhighlight.grf' " help plss

I got the same error message. This is the workaround:
1. Create a new folder called "newgrf" in your game folder C:\Program files\OpenTTD
2. Copy the file "innerhighlight.grf" into that new created folder
3. Run the great client

The client expects the innerhighlight.grf to be in the subfolder "newgrf". In the 1.9.3 version it did not. A quick look into the diff-file shows the difference:
Client 1.9.3: LoadGrfFile("innerhighlight.grf", SPR_INNER_HIGHLIGHT_BASE, i++);
Client 10.0.1: LoadGrfFile("newgrf/innerhighlight.grf", SPR_INNER_HIGHLIGHT_BASE, i++);

I experienced the same issue.

The solution in my case (Win 7, 64 bit) was to create a folder "newgrf" in the existing folder "baseset" and copy the file "innerhighlight.grf" into this new folder "newgrf".

For Mac OS similarly the innerhighlight.grf file should now be placed in the Contents/Resources/baseset/newgrf folder when showing Package Contents of the compiled bundle.
The newgrf folder has to be created manually.
