Hi,
I'm playing on BTPro with the current macOS client and suddenly near the end of the game (around 1977, I was at ~85 % of the goal) my money started draining extremely fast.
In the Finance window it shows up as huge negative amounts in **Capital expenditures → Other** (in Czech client it says „Další“).
This line alone is taking ~9 million per year while everything else (operating profit, construction etc.) is fine. Cash graph is a perfectly straight line going down, company value crashed from 85 % to 0.
What I tried:
- Autoreplace was enabled only for ONE single locomotive type shortly before the problem started. Cost of that replacement was less than 5 % of company value.
- I immediately turned autoreplace completely off and sold the last loco.
- No vehicles are being replaced anymore, no “go to depot” orders anywhere.
- Debt is fully paid, no loss-making vehicles, no unused stations.
- No warnings or penalties visible in the Goals window.
I have done autoreplace many times in previous games and never saw anything like this. This only happens in the very late game phase.
Is this a known GameScript behaviour or a bug in the macOS client? It completely ruined the game even though I did nothing wrong.
