Hi admin,
There is currently an error on the cargo server where I didn't receive points (28th January 10:30 UK time). Please can it be looked into. Thanks. Screenshot attached. ibb.co/gwyjPgW

Hi.
This is a known problem, though sadly it's not known what causes it or how to solve it. For now the best approach is to play as normal and hope you don't get unlucky. Hopefully it can be fixed in the future.

Hm, yes... well... :-) I need to take a look what could cause that, but the simple truth is I don't have much time currently :-(

Hey Frank

Same happened to me today (09.03.2023) at around 19:30 and 23:59. I was logged in and won the game but didnt got points.
The second game i tried to log in again at 94% of the goal reached, the message "Youre already logged in" appeared, but i didnt got points.
Both the games there were other players logged in at the server.
