so was enjoying a city builder 4000 pop which is usually challenging but not quite this challenging, so I got to 1200pop and my village wouldn't grow any bigger?!
I realised there is no water tower? even though its requesting water !! doh! restart

oops then I realised that you can fun the water tower !

it's not a bug, not all towns have water tower on it.
From here you have 2 options:
- Start claiming a town already with a Water Tower;
- Fund a water tower yourself (*);

(*): Water tower must be built over an existing building

1 mil euro for a water tower? That's expensive...

to store Water, definitely expensive

That's why I always suggest as best option "claiming a town already with a Water Tower" and save the money for a Beer Tower (don't exist, but lemme dream ^^).
