I build a train to a oil refinery bringing oil. but the oil stays on the station and the refinery did nothing (it was directly adjacent to station). I put a new reinery at the other side of the station and the new refinery did accepted the oil. In catchment area it also says that it doesn't accept oil before i placed the new refinery.

Never had it before on other servers. Happend in K1

this happens with all industry ground tiles: not all tiles of same industry accepts same thing.

try this: using the Land information tool (the ? button in top), query all tiles of a refinery; you'll see that not all accept oil.
