When I try to join any server "You are banned from this server" message appears and I am immediately kicked out of the server. Is this any bug/error in servers or I am really banned?

I don't have a router and my ISP provides me a dynamic IP, so it keeps changing at random intervals. So both solutions will not work in my case.

I have sent my IP address to tomate as he requested. Hopes he can remove my IP from black list.

Won't be possible to remove, since the check it's made automatically by BOPM .

So, I truly recommend contact your ISP saying that your current IP is being blacklisted by some online services.

Looks like tomate have solved this problem.
Now I am able to join the BTPRO servers..
