I signed up here and started on the server where u have to complete 30 goals to win I had ten of them done got in the next morning and my company was gone

Sorry about the late reply, but what likely happened was that someone else joined the server and completed the game. The server resets after someone wins.

Another possibility was that it was auto-cleaned. A company can be deleted if there is no player in it and all company slots are full, this isn't that common though.

Finally, a company can also be deleted by an admin if there are serious rule violations, I don't recall doing that on that server recently though.
