FIRS server now is updated to CHIPS 0.9.0

No big changes but nice little tweaks to this station set:

There is now a new style of platform: Concrete Slab, this is designed to match style with town pavements.
Better appearance of docks and mud platforms
New station building; Hotel, this looks very smart for those who like to decorate stations a little
