Strange behavior. I haven't heard anyone experiencing the same problem like you have. Therefor I don't really have an answer for you I'm affraid.

Are you playing on a Wifi connection? Maybe a shared connection in a student home or something (just saying something)?

Please let me know how you are connected to the internet and what your connection speed is (www.speedtest.net)
