I think cant block other ppls on this server.
Yolokid Blocking me sereral times now.

Yes, blocking is against the rules.
Unfortunately it can be difficult for us to do anything about stuff like this after the fact. The best thing to do is to make an !admin call in chat while it's happening so that we can take action immediately. There may not have been any admin online at the time though, in which case a forum post like this is the second best thing to do.

So thank you, I'll keep my eye out for this player and see if there's anything we can do.
