While not explicitly stated in the server rules, I think this is cheating:
Player "Eraser" sets up two companies when playing City builder games. One company is a dummy company which builds a vast rail network feeding cargo to a factory.

His actual company only has to set up a goods line from the factory to get all the good he needs into his city.

that's indeed not allowed and an unfair advantage, covered by rule #4: Also cheating to advance yourself ahead of the competition unfairly will not be tolerated.

We'll keep an eye on him... but if you spot that behaviour again use !admin command (example: !admin Multiple companies)

I noticed this at the very end of a game. There was not enough time left to call in an admin.
