I like to file a complaint,

My last game on the CB server Infmar(or something like that) replaced homes in my growing city with banks, keeping the population on 170ish for more than 15 gameyears.

In my opinion he won the game by cheating..

Noted. Wasn't aware this issue was getting out of hand.

Industry limit per town WILL be set to 1. Hence towns will be safe from this sort of abuse in future.
