My team was doing fairly well (second but close to the first) and then this douche comes ruin it.
I tole him that it isn't allowed and that it is unfair and he didn't respond, only thing he typed was !cv.

Please do something about this cause it gives such an unfair advantage. Ban/kick/take away hes points or something.
