From times to times we have players that don't learn on the first time and repeat the infractions (a.k.a. Rulebreaks).
We have our Server Rules and BTPro admins that actively work to keep fair games to all. The fact that you repeated the same actions after being warned, kicked and tempbanned... lead to a permanent ban. OpenTTD world is full of players that said "I won't break again the rules"! So...

AlexeyRUS, what I need from you is: (translate contents, if necessary)
- Read our Server Rules ;
- Respect other players efforts. It's a game, but no one likes to see their "work" being ruined;
- Place your best words for the reason why I should unban you. Saying "Unban me, I'm a Saint now!" isn't enough for me;

I translated and read the rules in my native language. Agree to follow the rules, especially rule # 5 . Want to play honestly by the rules. Give me another chance. And yet, "unban me, I'm a Saint now!" :- ))))

as a sidenote: sincer appoligies to the players in question would be appropriate - but that's only my suggestion, for peace keeping ^^
