yes, it was me... and we already talked a bit!
the rules ingame are short versions of the actual server rules. and if any rule is not clear to you, best way is to ask an admin opinion.
this "Obama" situation had several developments but I prefered the polite way, where admins don't follow rouge players. Already had many of those situations, it's exausting, yes. But Obama... admins always win.

Obama, if you agree respect server rules, I'll lift the tempbans. Any doubt about the rules, always better ask for an admin opinion. Mine or any other available admin, ingame or using this forum.
As I told you, I prefer stop this "cat/mouse" chase and get an agreement. What do you say?
