Hello, I have been banned from a server I’ve never actually been on. I tried to connect to “-BTpro.nl- [nl]#3 quick goal 25mil[temperate]….” But kept receiving “network-game connection lost” error. After a few attempts I was banned out right. I have no information as to who banned me or why. My user name is Coach

That is because the server has just crashed! The website was also down, now that the site is up and running we can begin restoring the servers soon. Please bare with us

All servers are now back up and running! A crash like this is extremely rare and was annoying for myself since I was not on at the time of crash. But all is fixed. So all I can say is good luck, have fun when you next return

Yeah saw the servers all go down. However I'm still banned from that server....

Right sorted, you were caught up in a player range ban from someone else's IP dating back from May 2012. So you should be able to connect to server 3 now
