Lately whenever i play, i often see strategy of making a company, building track between industries, while terraforming all the way for smoother track placement, without leaving any money to buy any vehicles.
Then hit !resetme, make new company and place railroad immediately to same place it was before in order to save some money.
Now question.
Is this kind of playstyle allowed or?
Players who do this kind of thing are unregistered at start of game, so can´t tell, that are they registered players or just some folks who are playing without account.

It shouldnt - and I can hardly imagine it is meant to be legal.

Now, i don´t know if it can be done in server configuration. Probably only admins can answer it.
But.
Would it be possible to create some rule in server configuration, that if player hits resetme! command, then new company from same IP address, can´t be created until "x" minutes (5 minutes maybe?) have passed?
If it would be possible, then that certainly would prevent players at least a little bit using that kind of strategy. Because a lot can happen during that "x" minutes.

I can say, this is not allowed! Against rule 4 :Also cheating to advance yourself ahead of the competition unfairly will not be tolerated.

If u see thin happening ingame, call admin, we can see logs and identify person cheating.
