I'm not understanding well your post but I hope this helps ^^
There's several ways to check server rules:
- ingame, in the chat type !rules
- here in forum, follow this link ;
- check them too in our wiki page ;

note: ingame command shows short versions of the rules, best option is to check them in our forum/wiki and ofc, any doubt about them, use the forum (here) to start a "discussion" about. There's already many so, take a look first at existent threads
