The CV "hard" server has a limit on number of trains - I hit it every time

Every server has some limits set. Type !limits to see them. On most servers number of trains is set to high value (500 or even 1000), but limit can be painful (and should be) on hard servers. No other limiting is possible (afaik), except for airport number limited on test server #97. Nice feature btw
