I propose to change the number of servers of transport.
I think this should be done to improve the balance.
For example, to reduce the number of aircraft to 20 or 30 units.
Next, increase the number of ships to 20 or 30 units.
Reduce the number of trains to 200, maybe 300 units.
Restrict vehicles to 500 units.

I think these changes will make the game more interesting, and the process will become more intelligent. Since, with restrictions, the player will have to think more about the effectiveness of existing transport, but not stupid clone is available.

You mean limiting trains and planes on Long Goal games so much that players have to decide where best to use them so not to waste them? Thats an interesting idea but would change the game quite a bit, not sure if it will make it more fun or more frustrating? I would be interested in opinions of other Long Goal players.

I think he makes a valid and good point.

This will make it alot harder to stay in the lead as you constantly have to think of better ways to imporve your current transportation routes and think of better ways to use yout boats/airplanes/trains etc.

Not sure what he is trying to say here either, do he want to remove rule #3? In that case I do not agree. I think its and important rule.

It won't be harder to stay in the leader though, it'll make near impossible for anyone else to catch up with a decent player Having a vehicle advantage is key to catching people up especially on a long goal.

In most games no one ever hits the vehicle limits, the only limits that have been reached are those for road vehicles and ships. Reducing the train cap would result in everyone just building 20 tile trains to make up for the lack of trains.
