Pretty Strange... I just downloaded the client myself on a clean machine, filled everything in and not 1 single button gives me this message. Everything just works.

Maybe you could try to delete your openttd.cfg from your "My Documents" folder and then restart the client to see if that solved anything?

I only can think in other possibility... try use it with the Firewall disabled. As I said... only a chance... because works fine to me

No luck turning off firewall What's odd is I used this client version when it first came out and it worked fine. Then I left it for 2 weeks or so and when I tried again the problem occured
