That has nothing to do with the website and is a known issue of the server where the CV servers are located. It's being worked on, but is unfortunately not easily fixed.

Correct… The server on which the CV servers reside has some connection issue which drops the connection to the CV servers once in a while. We are planning to move all CV servers to another server, but as you can imagine this is not easy like 1,2,3.

I think it's a good idea if you are going to search for the problem with your provider, cause from our side we have done EVERYTHING we can to fix this problem. For most (if not all) people it got fixed when we moved the website to a new server, except for you, so this is all we can do for you right now I'm afraid.

Please call your provider and ask them why you are not able to access this website. Maybe it's a routing issue?
