Basically, yes. I want to have to struggle to make my first cargo line. I'm masochistic like that.

well a realy hard one where it is expensive to have loan and everything ^^ and maybe a factory mod and if able maybe have multi goals that you have to complete all of them to win? like build a city to 20k, get 400M comp value, transport alot of cargo xxx, complete atlest 10 subsides or somthing?

If you ask me, I'd want a server to be like this:

Starting max loan = 50k
Construction cost = 10x higher
Terrain and industries same as ultra hard server

This way players would be forced to start with ships and trucks, rather than trains.

To begin with, it doesn't make sense that several hundred km (1 piece) of rail costs only 200€.
