Hi,
a lot of times, you build your company, you have great profit, you know you win in 2-3 years, but you have to wait till you get enough "company value" in these 2-3 years.
And you usually dont build anymore, because it is a bit pointless - you hardly get any significant income (if any) in this very short time.

What about if you can finish game in TWO ways.

1)Company value - it is how it is right now.
2)Income - if you achieve income high enough (per year or last 365 days), you can win game instantly.

I think this would be great, because it will be more motivating to build from start till the end and games, when you have to wait ~20-30 min before it ends, will be no more!
