Hi Folks
Im just trying to find out why I am currently banned from playing on the server I have not played for 3 weeks and when I try to access the server to play I am told that I am banned from all Bt pro servers.
the last time I played my in game connection dropped and kicked me out and have never played since due to internet speed issues I play the game within the rules and to the best of my ability
my username is Maddog, I do not now why I am banned or who banned me, or on what date the ban has been in place since,
All I can assume is that the day I lost connection as I was unable to log back onto the game and unable to set a password someone hijacked my name and proceeded to upset other players through actions. I love playing this game and find it therapeutic while my partner is fighting cancer
