Do not block or sabotage other players. No land reserving of any kind. Do not put full load orders on road vehicles in shared towns/cities.

and then Rule #10 says that all rules also apply to your own city too.

I need to understand why I cannot reserve land in my own city??
It doesn't make too much sense to me. Technically nobody can build o do anything in the city that I claimed, right? so why I cannot reserve land? The idea of reserving land in my own city is so I can build later roads as I want instead of the city constructing buildings everywhere.
It would be great to have some clarification!

Because people were looking for the limit of the exceptions that we once had for citybuilder servers. And because for some people the exceptions were unclear, since they thought it applied to the cities they were using, for example.

Besides that, there are many more possible ways to not have a city build houses where you don't want those houses, or you can just make the entire grid that you want already.
